TERMS & CONDITIONS

• As Play Away is a youth-focused event sponsored by the National Youth Council of Singapore (NYC), I understand that only Singaporeans and Singapore residents under 35 years old will be eligible to win prizes.
• By entering the competition, the entrants guarantee that their personal information is accurate. All personal data submitted will be used for the purpose of determining prize winners and thereafter for publicity if needed.
• Organisers reserve the right to verify any information submitted.
• Upon submission deadline, all details of participants, are FINAL and CANNOT be changed and/or transferred to another party.
• Details will be reflected on the website and/or any other prize-related materials.
• Please ensure that all personal details are submitted in ENGLISH only. Without prior notice, the organiser reserves the right to merge prizes or dissolve any prizes should it be deemed necessary.
• Winners need to be present, or appoint a representative to be present, at the awards ceremony in order to receive their prize(s) in case they win.
• Winners may be featured on Avid Adventures’ channels, including but not limited to online channels, offline collaterals and on-site communications, using information from the entries.
• The participant agrees that the organisers will not accept responsibility for errors or omissions reproduced in the presentation for work lost or damaged under any circumstances.
• Organisers reserve the rights to use photos, videos or interviews of the players, free of any royalty or license.
• The decisions of the organisers in all matters relating to the event and competition shall be final and binding.
