Product Update: Skills Multiplier & Education Level

We have exciting news! We’ve heard your feedback and updated our game to reflect some changes for a better game experience!

Skills Multiplier

Many of you asked how players gain skills within the game. Our Skills Multiplier allows players to see how quickly they are upskilling! It emphasises the teaching point of WIT where players gain skills faster when it is aligned to their multiple intelligences.

For instance, if a player rates themselves high in People Smart, they gain people-related skills 1.3 times faster than those who rate themselves low in People Smart. Similarly, a person who rates themselves high in Logic Smart will gain Coding skills faster than the average person. 

The Skills Multiplier attempts to mimic the real-life experience of gaining skills. When we learn skills that are aligned to our natural strengths, we upskill more quickly than others. This helps players to understand the importance of discovering themselves and how to find their unbeatable advantage.

The SMARTs component within the game is based on Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences. 

Customising Education Levels

Additionally, the game can now also customise how players start off in their careers: with or without education, and at which levels.

This allows for a more tailored and seamless experience for players of different education levels!
