WITGRITFIT lands in Pollard International School, Kunming

Students from Pollard International School, Kunming, are the very first batch of students in China to experience the WITGRITFIT Career Design Workshop by Avid Adventures. 

This gamified career experience was brought to life by Avid Adventures Head of Product Jacintha Phua, who also had a major role in building the Career Simulation Game played during the workshop.

The game consisted of avatar creation, skills assessments, real-life work experiences, exposure to various industries and the ability to manage income.

The engaging and interactive sessions were held with students from Grade 6 to Grade 10, exposing them to the real world of jobs, and helping them to discover their place in it.

The WITGRITFIT framework is built around WIT – students’ multiple intelligences, GRIT – performance characters, and FIT – career anchors. The synergy of these three produces career satisfaction and career resilience.
